Strategic Information Technology Center of Excellence is focused on assisting and providing strategic decision making.  The primary effort of this COE is to provide a service to ensure alignment of business strategy and structure.  Alignment of business strategy and acquisition of IT endeavors will ensure better funding capability and produce responsive organizational business units.
