The Solution Architecture Center of Excellence can document describing structure and behavior of a possible solution to a problem. Or it can define new business processes to describe the solution or work to be accomplished. Solution Architecture can be wholly focused on information technology but it is not limited to that domain. It can also be focused on non-functional requirements in the context of defining or redefining processes, procedures or policies.
