Torres specializes in the development, delivery and operation of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) based communications solutions.  Using commercially available hardware, Torres can deliver satellite communications reliably, rapidly and at a reasonable cost.

Between 2006 and 2009, Torres has delivered multiple VSAT based solutions throughout Iraq and Afghanistan to meet diverse, mission critical requirements.  For example, in 2007 Torres designed, developed, deployed and operated a VSAT network with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Virtual Teleconference (VTC) for the U.S. Department of Defense and the Iraqi Ground Forces Command (IGFC) to support command and control of Iraqi ground forces throughout Iraq.
