• As Prime Contractor Torres manages approximately 62 Explosive Detection Dog Teams in Iraq under the Theater Wide Internal Security Services (TWISS) I and II program located at six Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), Joint Security Stations (JSSs), Contingency Operating Bases (COBs) and Contingency Operating Stations (COSs) in Iraq;
   
• Torres is certified in the United States to train Dual Purpose Explosive Detection and Narcotics Detection Dogs, Dog Handlers and Dog Teams for service with U.S. Federal and Local Law Enforcement and for the U.S. Department of Defense;
   
• Torres manages eight Explosive Dog Teams in Afghanistan located at four Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) that support both NATO and U.S. Forces;
   
• As Prime Contractor Torres trains and deploys Explosive Detection Dog Teams in Central and East Africa for service under U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of State programs;
   
• As Prime Contractor Torres has designed and constructed eighteen (18) Dog Kennels for Explosive Detection Dog Teams at Forward Operating Bases in Iraq, Afghanistan, the United States, Colombia, Argentina, Canada and in Africa;
   
• As Prime Contractor Torres and its Sub Contractor has Trained over 488 Explosive Detection Dog Teams for U.S. Federal, State and Local Governments throughout the United States and U.S. Territories;

• Torres will provide all Explosive Detection Dog Teams and will be fully operational within 25 days of contract award;
   
• Torres Explosive Dog Teams will inspect the Vicinity U.S. Embassy Annexes, Personnel, Vehicles, Cargo, Packages, etc. entering and exiting during the Periods defined above;
   
• Torres will provide two Explosive Detection Dog Teams and a Total of three Dogs. Dogs will work Six Hour Shifts and all Six Dog Handlers will work 12 Hour Shifts. One Dog will be maintained for Relief and Contingencies.
   
• Explosive Detection Dogs will be trained and certified based on Standards of the United States for Explosive Detection Duty under U.S. Operations Worldwide. This includes the 30 Day Training and Certification Course required for Deployment under USG programs.
   
• Explosive Detection Dog Handlers will be trained and certified based on Standards of the United States for Explosive Detection Dog Handling Duty under U.S. Operations Worldwide. This includes the 30 Day Dog Handler Training and Certification Course required for Deployment under USG programs;
   
• The combination of Explosive Detection Dogs and Dog Handler will be trained and certified as a team based on Standards of the United States for Explosive Detection Duty under U.S. Operations Worldwide. This includes the 30 Day Combined Training and Certification Course required for Deployment under USG programs.
