• Trained thousands of U.S. and Foreign Government Personnel Complex Financial Management, Human Resources and Logistics Management Systems.
   
• Trained over 23,000 Tribal Members in Agricultural Engineering, Health, Language, etc. under Humanitarian Programs on three Continents.
