Military and Police (Hand-to-Hand) Combat and Self-Defense

Torres teaches hand-to-hand combat and self-defense to U.S. and foreign governments using the U.S. Army’s Combatives Standard to build fighting and self-defense skills and to instill self-confidence in military and police units. Torres’s instructors are U.S. Army Level IV-Certified and teach all U.S. Army Combatives levels and techniques using an intense and focused hands-on approach. Our Train-the-Trainer instructors were instrumental in the development of the U.S. Army Combatives program at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Torres has conducted Combatives training for U.S. and foreign governments on five continents including in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and Asia, including the Middle East. Our clients include the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York; the Counterinsurgency Directorates at Fort Riley, Kansas and Fort Polk, Louisiana; the Multi-National Transition Command – Iraq; the U.S. Army Training Academy in Fort Lee, Virginia; U.S. Embassies in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe; and many more. Torres is also the co-founder of USA Jiu Jitsu and has trained thousands of people worldwide from the basic to the highly advanced levels. USA Jiu Jitsu has consulted in the development of MMA programs and MMA and Jiu Jitsu tournaments on nearly every continent.
